Carpet cleaning machine and chemicals We use a state of the art, truck mounted hot water
extraction machines to clean carpet and uphostery. The hot water extraction process is recommended as most effective by Carpet and Rug Institute. This method combined with proper cleaning agents helps get the most dirt out of your carpet and upholstery. All our chemicals are non toxic and are considered safe. We also use environment friendly cleaning chemicals like Biokleen and Prochem Axiom product lines, both of which meet or exceed the Green Seal and EPA’s Design for the Environment program guidelines. Just ask us if you'd like to use any one of these instead. And additional $15.00 will be added to your total bill.
Cleaning process 1. Evaluate carpet conditions and determine best scenario for cleaning 2. Pre vac to make sure all loose soil has been removed prior to cleaning 3. Pre-treat carpet based on its condition 4. Carpet rake if needed 5. Extract (steam clean - Hot Water) 6. Remove spots that will not come out with a regular cleaning (extra charge may apply) 7. Apply stain protection if needed ( additional $20 per room) 8. Air movers (If necessary or asked) (additional fee of $10 to $20 applies)
